  • Kick-off Call with a Tithely Onboarding Specialist to give an overview of the onboarding plan and create a customized Onboarding Journey according to your needs, goals, and priorities.
  • Dedicated Onboarding Specialist for the onboarding period - up to a 60-day onboarding period
  • Up to Five(5) 1-hour 1-on-1 Zoom training sessions with a representative from your church/organization who is tasked with implementing your Tithely product(s) and your dedicated Onboarding Specialist (CSM)
  • The Zoom calls will be completed over the course of up to a 60-day onboarding period
  • Includes guided assistance with setting up giving, subscription products, and training
  • Launch best practices
  • Data Migration
