Key Updates to Tax Statements‍

New Flows to Ensure All Donors Receive a Tax Statement

As you send out tax statements this year, we’ve created branching flows that walk you through handling every donor that doesn’t have an email address on file.‍

Faster Statement Generation & Notifications About Statements Being Ready‍

To streamline the generation process for you, we’ve updated the Tax Statements interface to more clearly show the status of tax statements that are being generated. On top of that, we now give you the option of receiving a notification email once statements have been generated.

‍Better User Experience For Limited Access Users‍

For many multi-campus churches, it’s common for Dashboard Users to only have access to a single location. We’ve made multiple UI changes to add clarity for Limited Access Users that don’t have access to all locations of your church.

Messaging

New Smart Fields in Drag & Drop Editor

Tithely Messaging now has AI-generated headlines and photos in our Drag & Drop email builder. Essentially, this allows church admins that build drag and drop emails to use AI to generate quality text and enter in prompts like “meadow” to generate photos of meadows they can use in the email.

This will help churches level up the quality of their emails.

Breeze

Breeze People Now in Open Beta

People Beta in Breeze has been expanded and is now available for any of our customers to opt into! Those interested will now see a static banner on their People page that gives them the option to join the beta.

Attach Files to Profiles
You asked, and we listened–customers can now attach files to profiles! This includes:

• A new “Files” section on the left sidebar of each profile (which is completely separate from the general Files area)
• The ability to add, view, edit, and delete files from an individual profile
• The ability to limit access based on public/private file status (including the related activity)
