In June, we announced a lot of exciting updates here at Tithely. These updates include powerful enhancements to Breeze, an all-new Tithely giving form and giving app, a new app layout editor, and our brand new AI-powered research tool to assist pastors in writing sermons.

June Product Updates

‍Giving | Giving Number Generator

Elvanto users–have you ever tried to generate giving statements only to realize you haven’t been automatically assigning Giving Numbers to the donors in your database? Things can get complicated real fast.

But we have good news! You can now generate Giving Numbers for everyone in your Elvanto database. Even if you didn’t have the generate automatic Giving Numbers setting turned on, you can now assign Giving Numbers to everyone retroactively. Have questions? Check out this article.

Elvanto & People | Import from Elvanto Tool

We’re excited to announce our new Import from Elvanto tool. This new feature is here to help you keep all your data updated in Tithely People. 

The Import from Elvanto tool in Tithely can be used to help limit double-entry on People profiles between Elvanto and Tithely People. 

By continuing to use Elvanto as the source of truth for all changes and updates to profiles, this tool can be used in order to add new records to Tithely People and to keep previous records up to date when key information is changed.

‍People | Bulk Import Groups

We're excited to add another feature to the Tithe.ly People Import Tool! If you have tracked groups using a different system in the past, you can now export those groups as a CSV file and import them to Tithe.ly People! 

During the import process you now have the option to add all of those imported people to a Group in Tithely: ready to use with Tithely Messaging and your Tithely Church App! To learn more, check out this article.

Elvanto | More Search Options

Elvanto users–we want to help make your administrative tasks easier. That’s why we’ve added a few more ways for you to navigate Batches, Transactions, and Pledges. You can now:

• Search within Financial Batches for a specific Batch Name or Batch Number
• Search within Financial Transactions by Donor Name, Giving Number, or External Notes
• Search within Financial Pledges by Donor Name or Giving Number

Breeze | New Nav Bar

This month in Breeze, we redesigned the main navigation bar in Breeze to make it easier for you to find the pages you use most. Instead of digging through a sub-menu, you can now see all of the main components of Breeze right up top.

Introducing Tithely Print

Did you hear? We just launched our Tithely Print store! This one-stop shop gives you access to Tithely templated cards, posters, and giving envelopes. 

These print materials will help you promote Online Giving to your congregation. And look really good while doing it. 😎

Where are you working from?

I work in Murray, Kentucky, a small town rated the “Friendliest Small Town in America!” We have all your classic small town things - seasonal parades, a diner on the square, cute boutique shops, and an elderly neighbor who sometimes needs a hand. Chances are when I walk into the local coffee shop to work, I will run into a few friends and the barista knows my usual. What’s not to love here?!

Favorite Cereal?

My favorite cereal is Cap’n Crunch - but no berries. Cap’n Crunch may rub the roof of your mouth raw, but it’s always worth it!

Why do you love working at Tithely?

I have been here at Tithely for 4.5 years! I started working in Customer Support - I have probably talked to quite a few of you receiving this newsletter on the phone or in a chat! I shifted into being the Product Manager for Integrations and Insights where I work closely with our Engineering team to ensure that your Tithely data goes from our system to a third party smoothly. We also manage your Giving Dashboard inside your account where you can see a snapshot of your church’s giving health!
