These products are designed to increase generosity, streamline church management, and automate workflows, so you can put more time towards what matters most—growing your church. 

While you may not use all of our products, we want you to know they’re available if you need them. That’s why each month, we share our most impactful product updates and feature releases.

ADMIN EXPERIENCE | New Account Roles

Before, Tithely’s Role structure of only allowing a single Primary Admin caused a bottleneck for some because you could only had one admin taking many critical actions on the Dashboard.

Now, there are 3 new account roles which opens the door for an unlimited number of users to access all tools and also adds a new naming convention to give clarity surrounding each Role:

• Account Owner - Previously known as “Primary Admin” and has the same access as the Primary Admin
• Admin - This is a brand new Role which has access to EVERYTHING the Account Owner (Primary Admin) has access to except for Billing
• Limited Access - This was previously known as “User” and has the same access functionality

ADMIN EXPERIENCE | Account Swapping Tool

We’ve put a tool for swapping the Account Owners (previously known as Primary Admins) into the hands of our customers within our Global Settings Space, which means that churches can self-service this process.

MEDIA | My Media in the Tithely Dashboard

My Media has been brought into the Tithely Dashboard allowing users to easily upload, organize, and view their own content alongside the content provided with their Media account. Plus, multiple UI/UX updates have been made to declutter the space, show previews of videos when hovering, and much more to improve the experience.
